Penang - Wednesday 28/6/23 - We got the Airtrek!
Some many negotiations and re-checking of the car later, say hello to our Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo R!

As stated in the previous entries and Charade's assistance in sourcing information and parts, the car will need a lot of TLC and several more thousands in parts and labor. But we're happy!
Hopefully the Airtrek will serve us well for the next few years down the line!
We can only pick the Airtrek up next Tuesday, and I leave this Friday, so we can only sample the car during the next trip.
Anyhow, by our next trip I'll likely have gotten my license already, so even I will be able to drive it for myself. Happy days...
May we meet again...
