As of the time of writing, it'll be one of the last few days seeing this car.
From what I've seen, there is an existing listing for the car to be scrapped, and is seeking a buyer to buy it over as scrap. From what I've seen and going by the years, this Subaru Legacy was previously renewed 5 years COE, and its time is soon to be due.
This here is a fifth-generation Subaru Legacy, run from 2009 to 2014.
Based on our market being more poised towards the UKDM market (Differentiated by the engines and their displacement between UKDM and JDM markets, the UKDM models receiving the 2.5 whilst the JDM models still used the 2.0, changed when the bugeye Impreza was released into the Singapore market.
Singapore's market is similar to the UKDM market models, being powered by the 2.5L variants of Subaru's engines. I myself am not fully confident of when this shift occurred in Singapore's market, as my current sources show that the Blobeye Impreza WRX STi offered by MotorImage was still a 2.0L. I suppose the change would be seen Hawkeye onward, with almost all of them being the 2.5L, bar for the parallel imported special variants, like the Spec C. Though, MotorImage did bring in 30 JDM S204's into Singapore. Please do correct me if my information here is incredibly wrong. (Source: OneShift)
Back to the Legacy, the Legacy model was first launched in 1989 as a midsize sedan and estate, which apart from initial rally heritage because of the Legacy RS which gave space for the Impreza to compete, became popular for enthusiasts, of course, for being a Subaru, but also being a performance wagon with the right trim.
Trims such as the GT-B and GT were the performance variants that also came with similar powertrains that the Impreza WRX's came with. Say, if an Impreza wasn't enough space or the wagon model wasn't available, sold or appealing, there was the Legacy.
