Hello!

This blog is dedicated to our sharings about general car enthusiast life in Singapore and others, a bit of a personal memorial of our youth and what we've done, seen, experienced, enjoyed. Sadly due to how things are run here, not all cars can live a full life as they would be intended. As such, we will try to document whatever we can and archive photos of what will one day become forgottens of the past. Life is a finite experience.

C350 fix

 The C350 lives!

Previously faced with needing a new transmission, up to the end having clunks, jutters, when at a standstill in gear, reverse and others. Finished ahead of time, we're not down on a car for as long as we originally had anticipated.

Check this genuine S63L parked next to the C350.

I've not updated on this car in a long while so I'll have to list some of the faults that I know it has up until now:

- Bonnet struts require replacement
- Right foglight broken
- Cosmetic defects (Lots, but its a daily runner, so...)

Apart from sorting the transmission was also fixing the abovementioned foglight.

Which was also sorted on the same visit to the shops.

Where the shift from gear to gear originally felt like a manual shift, i.e it not being smooth, the shifts are much more smooth now. You could say they slur into each gear better now. We think there's more power in it too, which could be because the workshop could have electronically resetted something. Will have to find out, will update when we do. But, we do feel it has more go in it. Can only hope that nothing else will spoil...
