Just sometime ago, a great friend and contributor, to the blog site, NLJ, found himself a temporary project to do some slight tweaks on.
A Nissan Silvia Spec-R S15. Originally the rare Aqua Silver paint but resprayed to a similar but different color, this decently rare example turned up for not collector's money, and looking to swap out from a GT86, NLJ decided to take the plunge. I mean, for a S15 still on its original bumpers and not lowered with a set of three piece wheels? Has to be good.
Livability hell I suppose. A botched coilover setup, drony and loud exhaust, a poorly maintained interior. It honestly ruined the ownership and fun factor out for him. He has tried to tune the suspension and has cleaned the interior, but NLJ reckons finding a new suspension setup is probably for the better. All that said and done, he is now selling the car in the hopes of getting something else. As such, I've assisted to take a few photos before he lists it for sale.
Number plate is available for sale separately too. If you want it, feel free to drop me a message and I'll forward you to him.
Update: The car is now sold. Thanks for the interest, hope the new owner can give it the TLC it deserves.
