Elanmi: Undercarriage + power steering leak

Car's had other plans that do not include being picked up from the workshop.

Power steering leak. Apparently one of the pipes is leaking.

The system is indeed a straight pipe. As far as I know looking through images, this is also the case for stock systems, with some having a cat. This doesn't.

So it'll be here for another week or so until its mended.

After the previous incident of my ignition failing to start the car, its due for me to bring the car into the shop.

Elanmi: Heavy weather

Went to join a group of friends for food, weather wasn't having it

Weather protection on the M100 is largely not very good. Leaks on both passenger and driver side were evident.

Got momentarily stranded dropping off a friend in his neighbourhood. Something to do with him hitting the dash. I don't know why, going to go to the workshop and let them check.

Penang August: D5 (Finale)

 Hello.

Last day overseas, nothing done today.

Yeah this is a highlight. I haven't seen a Nissan Sentra (B14). Why a highlight? A friend owns one. I'm drawn to them since. Some of them have SR16 swaps too.

I did miss a Lexus SC430. Slight shame.

Home now, will try to wrap up other articles like the 0808 meet hosted by k4ges and the CnK National Day meet. Its time for me to take a snooze. Goodbye.

Penang August: D4

 Hello.

Today's admittedly not going to house much content. 

Still debating whether in the future if I could purchase a Honda EK sedan. Still debating.

Drove to Batu Ferrengi to Hard Rock Cafe again. This time and for the first time, is me behind the wheel. We found a stretch of winding roads we hadn't found before, or never to memory. Was fun especially with a few vehicles crossing the median. Of course, the actual piece of winding road leading up to Hard Rock Cafe is also quite fun.

Not a Singapore C&C badge, which is interesting (Only to me)

RM90. Bit of a customary thing for the family at this point to come here once per trip for a meal together now.

There was a Hummer too. I can't comment on the parking work.

Drove back via the same route, less/more fun because the weather caught up super fast. On the right you can see the absolute disarray of the weather, and you can visualize that sort of weather with a winding piece of road with poor lighting, blinding headlights from lots of cars and a not-so functional wiper.

Worse being the dinner spot of today being in the busiest stretch of Penang. Did drop my phone in a puddle getting out.

Made it back alive. Again, super short entry although a little bit of an adventure. Tomorrow will be the last day of the trip. Its nice to see the Airtrek again.
